You must e-mail Atkinson Electronics, Inc. for a RMA number before returning any product to the factory. Please email: 

Shipments to the factory not covered by a valid RMA number are subject to refusal of delivery. 

Once you have received your RMA number, purchase the repair and pay for the return shipping charges for your repaired product.


Please follow the following instructions for your return:

The RMA number should be marked on the outside of the return package as ATTN:  RMA# _____.  To avoid delays, please include the following information inside the package.

  • Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
  • Customer Order Number and Invoice Number
  • Returnee’s name, address, e-mail and telephone number
  • Product model number and date purchased
  • Reason for return or repair
  • Additional repair instructions

    Sunexplorer II Display

    My Sunexplorer II display quit a couple months ago (the actual display) & I called in to make sure I ordered a correct replacement. Abner told me to send it in & they’d fix it. Mailed it a day later & received it back in 2 weeks for WAY less than a new one. Plugged it right in—and it’s working perfectly! Couldn’t be happier.

    Russel did a great job! He spent so much time with me on the phone to troubleshoot this mini to find out what the problem was. Then I sent it in and he fixed it! Works great now! Thank you Russel!
